i have recently became aware of a stone wall or stucture that is odd in that it is 6feet thick or more and is on the side of a very steep hill . it appears to be at least 200 feet or more long the lady that lives on the property is around 70 yrs old . she says the structure was there when her grandad lived there and at that time she says the area was heavily wooded and he rarely went there .this structure must be quite old and it is odd that it is so thick and perched on the side of such a steep hill .who put so much effort and why? stone walls arent usualy so thick and it doesnt enclse an area like a wall to keep animals in .there are also caves in the area and a legend of a bottomless pond in the area .did local natives build with stone?i am curious .can your organization investigate?
